Help With Removing 5Gal. Bucket Handle

Need help figuring out how to remove the handle to a 5gal. bucket, i tried to bend the shit out of it and im just getting more frustrated. i don't have anything to cut it so help me out someone.

fill it up with something real heavy and hold it above your feet/toes . It seems to work for me every time .
