It should sort itself out. Germinating seedlings are bent emerging from the soil because that's how the seed pod is removed. The seedling will orient itself to the light source after that.

The cotyledons do look a bit wonky and may not reorient but the new growth should be fine. Give it a little time, growth can feel painfully slow at this stage.
It looks like the seed shell and membrane are still attached in the second pic.
Mist it with water to soften it and gently remove with a toothpick or tweezers.....I do it all the time.
