Help with tincture!

Hi, ive made tincture with ever clear twice, but this time it didn’t come out right! I have no liquid just bud and the bud isnt burnt. What did i do wrong?
I let it boil for about 4 hours usually i do 6-8 but it was no liquid left. What can i do to fix this?

Not familiar with boiling everclear extraction
I do cold extraction, filter the material then reduce the tincture

So you soaked your bud in everclear, brought it to a boil and evaporated the alcohol off leaving the buds?
Do I have it right?
Some pics and more info would help

Basically its a faster way. You decarb then add the everclear and the buds boil
It in a double boiler, crockpot or magic butter machine an after 6-8 hours you have a tincture. But I think i either boiled it out or I didn’t put enough everclear

I'm pretty sure you needed to sieve thru cheese cloth before reducing and how much herb vs ever clear ?
PS not all ever clear is equal depending on locale

You either overcooked it or let it dry. I suggest you look up “qwet”. It is a good process.
Decarb after extraction generally works better if you have good temp control.

I have cheese cloth i did this perfect the first time only thing is i didn’t measure the everclear.

It's actually a 20 min prosses not a6 to 8 hour process it's called the master wu green dragon
