Your plant is pulling the nitrogen out keep doing what your doing. You should pull that yellow fan leaf off because its blocking that bud.

iv up my feed my 10 percent 25 canna flores 23 canna boost 15 ml pk and thank you il pull them off I was worried that if I pull top yellow fan leafes the buds wont grow
