They are blooming quite nicely just let her do her thing. No flush / no boosters or other BS.
When medium , microbial life and plant are in sync , plant will reward you. Unbalance any of those and you get problems. When you water , you push salt and other crap out of lower container areas. Water re-oxygenates medium and the myco. Zero need to do a biblical flood thru it. Plants are not like your meowing fat ass cat that wants to be fed 3 times an hour ( looking at you Sativa ( my cat ) shes a little pig at feed time ). Nutes need a little time to be broken down to become available to plant - thats why too many feeds overwhelm everything.

EWC is earth worm castings, yes. Try to get them as fresh as possible. There are insects in it called Hypoaspis miles, they will eat the eggs and larvae of any fungus gnats that try moving in!

I always wonder why people here talk about macro nutrient deficiencies and irrelevant stuff around when bottom leaves are completely healthy. They are talking so much and repeating, getting bored so they only copy&paste their previous posts. At the end they pull 50g out of 8 weeks veg, roasted crap without fan leaves, full of nanners, immature hay ditch weed, and those are most active here. Ussually trying to get in the butthole of other cripled by giving likes or just obviously trying to get inside straight without any kind of shame. There are some great growers with attitude but you may count them on one hand. Most of the time is the funny stuff here

Yep, should be good. I used that brand for a year or so with great results. I started my own worm bins over a year ago but, I'd buy that if I did not make my own!
