Say if I put my plants into flower say.. Sunday then wait a week then transplant them outside into ten gallons how would that effect the growth. I mean would it be a bad idea

I had a plant herm almost immediately after putting it outside. Make sure that your light times are as close to the real sunrise/sunset as possible. They may burn also, so dont put em in full blown sun all at once even if you have good lights indoors

Probably a bad idea just because you'd be adding extra stress. What is your reasoning for wanting to change the light cycle a week before putting them outdoors?

Because I have 10 plants I’m keeping six indoor and maybe 4or 5 outside and running out room in my 3x3s and they growing faster since the new lights

Any transplanting/training should be done at least 2 weeks prior to flip. There is an explosion in plant and root growth when a plant transitions to flower and any interruptions like transplanting during this period will be disruptive and impact your final results negatively.

Shit so I should be transplanting like now? And then put them out in a week or so?

Where are you on the planet?
If i put anything outside now, it would be trying to flower, then reveg

Michigan getting a little less then 12 hours light but cool and cloudy, I might just use my closest and flowerem all and pop some more seeds

I would wait until the 2nd or 3rd week in May before going outside with them. I am in Maine and wouldn't even think about putting anything in the ground yet.
