Well i barely joined this site and was wondering about growing a few plants outdoor but idk what a good website is to buy some seeds from and i really dont kno much about growing marijuana like cant i just plant it and water it? or do i need to do something special.?

Depending on where you live it's a little late for outdoors. My suggestion is to do some study and get a real feel for what is involved before buying seeds. If you can experiment with some bagseeds for a first grow, you will learn a lot and not lose a lot. There is a tone of information on this site to read, and more by googling.
