Does any one no how to make plants grow quicker without lights or chemicals?

No..without light they don't grow worth a shit.

hydroponic, but they will still need light and nutes. i dont like to flower anything under 12 inches, but some do, you can even start flowering from seed.

maybe if you had a magic wand or could wiggle your nose.
