No over watering. I am using miracle grow potting soil for the time being the heat was a bit high but that's fixed now. Cfls. Daylight deluxe. 6500k. 18/6.

How often have you been watering? It looks like it has a little wrinkling that I believe can be a symptom of over watering.

What would be the best way to transplant? I have fox farm ocean forest coming to me tomorrow. And am currently using miracle gro potting soil.

Miracle gro is not good for pot plants, it's too hot for seedlings anyways; as for transplanting you could transplant into the same size pot but it would be easier to go up a size. I would gently shake off the root ball to release the soil and place it in its new home; with fox farm. :) let us know how it goes

Do I have to get out all of the soil? Or am I to leave a little bit for structural support. Again it's in miracle gro. I'm thinking I need to take all of the soil. But again I'm unsure

I grew my first try with miraclegro, its not the end of the world. You will end up with some good results in the end, minus being able to flush the nutrients so it might not taste the best.

Chin up.

You do however need better drainage. I strongly suggest you transplant it into a smart pot so that the roots can breathe. Do it ASAP, you are probably gonna end up with root rot otherwise.

Took the advice from my mouth aha

And curious how your first grow went with the miracle grow? You notice a difference in taste?

It was extremely dense, looked healthy right up till its final days. the buds werent very big at the time because of lack of light, and the nitrogen made flowering take 3 months. Smell was amazing, super dense and bright green nugs. Taste wasnt very clean though, it didnt taste like brick weed or anything but it definitely wasnt a clean cannabis taste

yes, you need something for them to drain into though. It is very hard to overwater a smart pot, just always keep whatever you let them drain into empty. dont let smart pots sit in standing water.

also, be sure that when you transplant you give your plant enough space. MY rule of thumb was always 1 gallon per vertical foot of growth u want when using soil. Minimum 2 gallon pots if you are hoping to get much yield. (of course this does not apply to hydro setups)

So I purchased 3 gallon smart pots from Amazon. They will be here tomorrow. Also I accidently cut a main leaf off. I'm wondering willshe be okay?

she will, it will just slow her down at this stage for a few days or so. you can really abuse the plants quite a bit and have them syrvive, as long as ur temp, light, humidity, airflow, and nutrients are ok.

So my plant seems to be turning purple on the underside of some of the new growth. Any ideas?
