And you could use a good DRY fert instead of FFOF , if desired .
Dr.Earth , Megacrop , Gaia Green , and some others.

What's your ppms looking like before you start feeding. I also use fox farms, start in happy frog for seedlings and transplant into Ocean Forest. Some strains Ocean Forest can have too much nutes already I've gotten nute burn just off the ocean Forest in early stages. I may use a quarter of the suggested serving of nutes every 3rd or 4th watering. Basically I read my ppm out of my run off water, that'll tell you what your plants need or don't need.

I’ll put it this way ... you can easily pull 2-3 ounces from a 1 gallon bag ( my current choice / SOG run ) , but you gotta keep he from stress and not do anything that may interfere with flower (like unnecessary heavy training ) .... it only wants to go from germ to harvest .
It doesn’t have time to recover from goof ups . Some strains can be topped , most like LST .

Giv it as much light as possible , keep cycle static from start to finish . If you are one of those growers that like boosters ( you could bump PK around week 4 -6 ) just keep in mind less is more. I just like running as clean as possible, so I use KELP in my waterings once in flower. Don’t flush FFOF unless you goofed on supplemental feed with bottles or dry Nutes. As you grow autos , you will find they don’t need to much and feeding can be noticeably less than you thought.

If you want large autos - look at DWC / Hempy Buckets ( my fave ) .... reason being root mass explodes because it is not restricted as some soils can make it. That’s why I like aerated peat mixes / perlite.

pH should be between 5.8 and 6.5 ppm is suggested to be 300 to 400 first half of veg, 450-700 for second half of veg, 750 to 950 for first half of flowering and 1,000-1600 for 2nd half of flowering. Then close flower as close to 0 ppms as possible.

But if I’m told not to add nutes and my tap is 45 ppm what do I do ?

Why you read your run off water. The soil I use has alot of organic nutes. Read your run off 2 or 3 times but atleast at the very end.

Bottom of pot, use that ppm # as a bases of what your plants need. If it's more than what you're putting in they aren't eating everything and you're feeding too much. If it's low you know you can up the food.
