Hempy bucket question.

So I am doing a 1 plant scrog. I have a 3 1/12 gallon bucket. I will be using 100% perlite. So my question is with a 3 1/2 gallon bucket, do you still drill the drain hole 2 inches from the bottom or alittle higher depending on the size of the bucket?

I have experience with hempy but I don't use 100% perlite, I use 3:1 mix w/vermiculite. There is no great science to where the hole goes, I don't measure and all of my buckets are not the same.

yes...2 inches is perfect

I do 3.5 gallon Hempy buckets as well and I drill the holes at 2" or slightlyyy below since i did 2" on 5-gal buckets before. Good luck!
