I believe that they may believe that they are doing the best that they can however, my experiance is an individual phenomenon and may not reflect the true nature of their business. They should have been very transparent from the start but they were not. It is not ideal for a business to behave in such a manner espescially if they have a large client base but... Admitting problems is admitting weakness and vulnerability wich in turn starts to INSTANTLY affect the payroll and business vitality. They would have gotten a far better reaction explaining the details instead of leaving a vague open ended continum of questions and rumors wich in fact are more damaging.

I recently placed an order with them. Didn't get my seeds within the 21 days they ask you to wait. Emailed them about it and they immediately sent out more, which I did get in about a week. Excellent germ rate too. Not a very wide selection that they offer though, but for what they do have their prices aren't bad.

I'm inclined to start dealing with US seedbanks now though. It makes me very uncomfortable having my mail inspected by Homeland Security. I'd appreciate some recommendations on who I could use.

Well in my opinion every seed hook up has its pros and cons. And everyone is going to give you a different answer. I've used all of the ones I mentioned. Usually orders I place state side get here to me in under a week once payment is received. It just depends on what promos seed banks offer and what strains I'm looking for. My latest purchase is from in house genetics, one before that was oggseeds, and before that great lakes genetics. I recommend just look through a bunch of them. I guarantee one if not most will have some sort of "black Friday" sale.

I have NEVER had an issue with single seed center EVER! But that is just me , however Ive placed lots of high dollar orders and guess what? Always showd up, always 7-10 days regardless

If seeds are illegal in your parts then id expect the odd order to go missing, if not most seed producers ship worldwide with guarenteed delivery and no quibble over lost orders.

Seedbanks are merely middlemen in this game, you can order direct if you want to and get a signed for delivery as proof.

It is shocking how few seedbank sites sites use https, I would highly recommend using them, and encrypted email, for a boatload of data security reasons. Now that the impending USAG is that racist piece of shit Jeff Sessions, even the more so. I won't do business with any of the seedbanks that aren't encrypted starting today. In fact, I might leave RIU for this exact reason. It is not hard to set up a security certificate, and they can be had for free via letsencrypt.org, so there really is no longer an excuse not to encrypt ALL websites.

Welldone new guy, they say there credit card debit card no longer works for orders. This seems to correlate with Herbies closing so the plot thickens and we have a culprit, credit card providers.

This still better not come from some legal ruling imposed on said credit card providers to infringe on my freedom.
