It's "confirmed" that I got a lot to learn! I had the lights to close and the fan on full blast and that was my major problem. I raised the lights 2 inches and now they are about 4 inches away from the plants and the fan is barely going on them and it seemed To help a lot. They're looking healthier. I'm holding off on the watering and feeling it out with the weight difference and going off of my newbie instincts. So far it's been 13 days & they are still alive, so I must be doing something right.

Your plants are looking good, I'm hoping my follow in those footsteps.

Dream bigger. Pop your seeds in like five gallon buckets. Here's how I water them when young. I take like a squeezy water bottle and I drip the water in a circle about three inches around the stem of the plant. This causes the roots to reach out for the water and avoids flooding them. Just take it easy. My best advice if you're having this kind of trouble is to only look at them twice a week, tops. Either you're doing too much of something, or the seeds are complete failures, which seems unlikely.

Also, there is absolutely no reason to be feeding a seedling that size anything at all. It could barely process extremely minimal nitrogen at that stage.

If you're having the same results, look into changing your soil. It could be 1) too hot, 2) contaminated.
