What kind of seeds are
produced using pollen from
a hermaphrodite?

Female plants cross
bred using pollen from a
hermaphrodite plant?

Will the resulting
seeds more likely produce a
another she-male?

hard to say, but yes it is posible for a herm'd plant to pass down the tendency to cause a herm at any sign of stress. however, a plant will herm if it feels its life is coming to an end, or its dying. life ust go on, so if no other male pollinated it, it will pollinate itself. feminized seeds i am pretty sure are bred using herm'd plants by stressing them out alot, im not 100% sure on this tho.

Read the WHOLE article I posted, it makes much more sense to buy regular seeds and take clones, than to buy feminized seeds and possibly end up with some hermies.
yes thats is ture but some people havent got the space for mother plants and fem seeds are just easyier way for some peeps :blsmoke:

There is a thread on how SOMA makes fem seeds in the advanced section I believe.

He lets his girls go a week or two longer than their harvest window so they sprout nanners.

He then harvests the bananas and uses that pollen to make seeds from another plant that isn't stressed.

Sounds good to me?

"If a genetic hermaphrodite is crossed to a non-hermaphroditic female, about half of the resulting plants will be hermaphroditic. If the hermaphroditism was caused by environmental factors, then none, some or all of the progeny will exhibit male flowers depending on whether the plants have inherited a tendency towards hermaphroditism under stress conditions and whether the plants face those conditions."

if you plant seeds from a plant that was pollinated from a hermi

then you are more likely to get hermi plants ..

yes ,

you will have a higher chance of having a hermi

if you use seeds that came from a plant that was pollinated by a hermi ..

Also when you're doing a big outdoor crop gorilla style fem seeds area almost a must, cloning dozens of plants is not fun. growing hundreds of plants and harvesting seedless trees effortlessly that are just as prime in quality as in door bud, now thats very fun my friend..

If you pollenante with a hermi, you will result in 7/10 hermi plants.
femanized seeds come from a female strain, that stressed in late flower, and produced
her OWN seeds. has to be all in one plant. and not a hermi from birth. you have to stress you girls
6 weeks flower. a very light stress, like diffrent lighting hours every day. that how i do it.
sounds hard but its so easy, first time i tryed i ended up with 15 females and 3 hermis.
this time im going for only 5-10 seeds. less stress to the plant.
But do not take a hermis pollen and cross with a nice female. you will get hermi genetics.
lol, trust me. i found out the stubborn and hard way myself.
