Hermi problem

I found a single sac on the main stem of my plant, never encountered this before, shall i remove it and continue as normal or is there anything else i should do? Do i have to be super careful when removing it to make sure the pollen doesn't go everywhere as well?

please help, in need here!

i have read that you can hold a bag over the pod tightly when you take it off and it stops the pollen coming out

Kill it. its just going to make more problems then you need. Do you have more then 1 plant?

nah it's only one plant so it's quite a pickle, it's really hard to scope for the little pods cos the foilage is so dense.

Did you get that plant from a feminized seed? Hermi's are really messed up man If the male pollen gets on a female hair your plants seeds are going to have fucked up genetics. This has not happen to me this is just what i herd But still keep in mind that the plant is trying to make more then bud its also making male pollen sacks.
