Hey guys, so ive found a couple of single sacks and around 15 nanners on low branches, they literally must of appeared over night as i check my plants almost everyday.. now ive ordered some dutch passion reverse and penatrator and have so far removed the affected branches, ive never had to deal with a hermie before but im guessing its only a couple of days old, and the gutting thing is its my 2 best plants affected both growing beautifully, how long should i leave it before removing the plants as im going to at least try to save them if i can, and i only found 3 singular sacks, can anyone vouch for the reverse and penatrator??

have fun with that snake oil. I went thru 3 bottles of the old dutch passion reverse, and 3 bottles of the new/old stuff from optic foliar reverse, same copy since they took DPR off the shelves.

nothing worked to save my kksc strain in the 4 cycles I tried this s/o on.

if your local to 48088, I have 2 more bottles of optic foliar reverse and 3/4 bottle of the penetrator for FREE.

all growers must go thru this door

That would be prudent! Seed stock? Environment? Grower mistake? Learn from history or it will happen again.
I wish i knew what caused it, ive gone over everything and cant find a thing apart from genetics as both are my only 2 white widow X big bud and it seems abit suspicious that both have hermied even though they are by far the 2 biggest and the most healthy looking, thats why im gutted especially given that i chopped four plants last week to make more room.. hopefully ill sort them out

Well there is another way too deal with it. Let the hermie pollinate your other plants and you will have all female seeds on the other plants. Just don't use any beans from the hermie unless you want to make more females. I never ditch my hermies for those reasons. The first batch of females will show some strength. Almost every one I did came out as a better version with a little more kick. Or just chop and be done. My white widdow x big bud had no hermies.

I had a strawberries n cream hermie on a gorilla glue4. I got about 35 seeds, all viable. I grew out 20 of them and every fvcking one of them was a hermie. week 2 in flower for every single one. so ill PASS on growing hermie seeds.

as soon as you see yellow bananas poking out the bud sites, you have about a day before they open up and spew their evil demon seed over everything else.

and dutch master reverse was taken of the market last year. optic foliar "reverse" is the same thing (but still on the market. BOTH items are snake oil. I went thru about 6 bottles of the DM reverse, and 4 bottles of optic foliar "reverse" and NOTHING worked over the course of 5 flower cycles. hermies still popped up. its not the environment as this was the ONLY strain that hermied after 3 yrs of cloning and growing her out.

I ordered dutch master gold reverse, so i think it is still on the market plus ive spoke to a few guys who said it works if you catch ut early enough, and surely no more hermie after 24 hours is a good sign, all my other plants are fine...

My last run was Chemdozer from Archive seeds and it did the same thing as what OP's pic shows...and at about the same time. I had two plants and they both did it and it was not environmental. I supplied as close to perfect growing conditions as possible. But, the ball sacs were only on a few of the lower branches and I picked them off...after which I never saw another....until I harvested and started trimming....and sure enough found a proto-seed and a few dried 'nanners. Again, these were seeds from a very well-known and reputable seed breeder and not just some random bag seed.

I also started to run a few bag seeds that I had collected from some commercial strains over the years...lo and behold...no surprise they started the same routine...but. man these plants STUNK (in a good way), so I separated them from the Chemdozer plants in another room and kept them going. My plan was to grow them out regardless of hermies and then use the plants to make bubble hash or rosin or both. That's what I did. In all honesty, the bag seed bubble hash is quite a bit better than the Chemdozer strain. So, I'm not convinced that hermie plants will produce inferior smoke and I'm also not convinced that well-heeled or "perfect sinsemilla" will produce superior smoke.
