Hermie?

I feel like I know the answer. Would love to be wrong. A few more buds look like this but this is the most prime example. the plant is week 3 into flowering, it had an auspicious start and I didn't really think it would live. One of many issues was over potting at a young age and my being paranoid about over watering. This morning I woke up to it looking very thirsty (recovering nicely). Another notable issue is that the stem is almost completely bent at the base and has been since it was a seedling.
Have another plant that is looking better, no hermies. would love any and all input!

Female... looks like she's thirsty, unless you just watered. Temps good?

she sure was, she just went a day without water i have been cautious as it use to be too small for 5gallon pot and i had fungus gnats. Really impressed by how much they are drinking now. Temps have been a little bit high 77-84 but have been able to maintain that even in a heat wave. she also has purple stems and im just starting to see a little color in pistils. plant is probably around 75days old
