i know this has been discussed but I didn’t find the answer to my question. So I’m 4 weeks into flowering and discovered I have a couple Hermies and their pollen sacs exploded. I removed them from my room. I still have a few females left. Is it too late to save them or is it a total loss?

Double check your environmental conditions almost all mj can be made or forced to herm. Based on your description you will have seeds, basically what dispensaries sell kind of like donut holes, really a waste product.
