Everything is looking pretty good but I am getting brown roots not much but a little and the bucket in the photo has bubbly slim I am using flora series nutes I am keeping the nutes low at around 5.0ppm they are only 1 week under light 2 weeks old from seed I am using filtered water keeping my ph at 5.5/5.9 and I am adding flora bloom half strength. my water temps are around 74to79. the light is a 400 watt mh 24hours my humidity stays at 42 to 52% at 72 to77 degrees I have an air conditioner venting into the room as the pic shows any help with the brown root starting build up.any how I hope I am doing this right I have done a lot of research to make this right any replies are welcome

The brown slime is bad and so is the brown root tips. Means there is a fungus growing sterilize the bucket and do a sterilize rinse of the roots they will come back but so may the slime. If your using tap water let it sit out for an extra day or two you'll see if the slim builds on the water surface after sitting for about four days. Good start. just try to keep using sanitized equipment so the problem doesn't come back. Im not sure if the slime is fungal or not I watched a few video's on youtube about it and dwc systems. They say more bubbles and movement keeps that from getting ahold. GL mate sub'd

very pro grow bro :D haha. although it might be said there was a fair amount of stretch in ur plants, perhaps consider transplanting soon and burying, then lower ur light, ur ur running an aircon through the room you can afford to have ur 400wMH about 6 - 10 inches from fan leaves. brown roots may indicate that they are getting light, make sure ur roots are in complete darkness.

ok, if u got slime from infection u should look into A. boiling the water first, or using distilled battery water, tap water will always contain a certain amount of microflora which if left stagnant or untreated, will grow

Not seeing any problems. Make sure your buckets are 100% light proof - spray them with FlexSeal or wrap a few layers of tape around them. This will help with any slime at the roots.

and the thing about them being stretched they were in germenation phase and the dam things shot up to 6 inches in my little dome they have barely got any taller since under light lol how do I control there height when they are in the dome I took them straight to the bucket without seeing any roots coming out the rockwool I was scared they would get a foot tall before I saw roots come out the bottom if you look at 1 of my pics it is when I first put them in bucket and there tall as shit

turn air pump down a bit, have you got a filter system? i would get a small fish tank water filter and run a long piece of that hose through an air con duct or something then back into ur tank.
