Hiding an entire room

I have a closet setup thats covered by a book shelf and a tapestry along with some boxes. I was thinking of using dry-wall to put up a false wall in front on the door to hide its existence. What does everyone think of the idea?

how will you water and feed

get a large bookcase/ tv case, prop it up, and put small wheels under it. Make trim for the bottom to cover the exposed lifted part with wheels. That way you could just wheel it to the side and expose your closet.. Never tried it but it seems like it could work without a doubt.

I was thinking more of a what looks like a regular wall but it can be pulled out to reveal the real wall and the door it hides.
