That is the funniest thing I have read all day...

They'll find out soon or later for sure.... Except if u have a lock on u'r room and they never go in and u have some killer ventilation and u bring in all the water soil and everything suspicious in u'r room at night time and they never see u and u think of a good explanation for the increased electrical bill and some other things too.... Keeping up with all of these things is almost impossible except if u dedicate all u'r time to it and the risk of getting busted by u'r parents will always be high which will cause u a lot of stress which i dont now if its worth it!

personally, i wouldnt risk it if your parents would flip out.. but... did you ever think about shadowing it... like hanging black tarp up in a part where they dont check/go regularly...

I am 18, I just can't afford to move out for like a year

If you can afford to properly grow and maintain a little one you should be able to afford move out lol not to act like your parent but ummmmmmmmmm yeah maybe college isn't in your future huh lol

MariBoogie, the last thing I need is to be someone else's parents 2nd, 3rd or 5011th parents... I got a pre-teen, a 5 mo/old & mamma bear is prego again due early Jan, so to be honest Normls not my kid & I could really give a shit less what he does, but he asked and we all responded pretty much the same way with the exception of you and like 1 other person... So Normls my stance hasn't changed and if you play against the odds you usually loose is all I'm going to say about it...

If you are willing to risk it in your parents house, you deserve to get caught. Although, I really wish you'd just decide not to so I know your not fucking their life up. Seriously, grow the fuck up. Damn. The simple fact that your parents have raised you up until this point should be some kind of deterrent to not repay them in this way.

If your gonna grow in your parents house, DONT post that you are. You will even get people that are currently growing in their parents house telling you that your an asshole. hehe

When my parents found out they didn't talk to me for a month. Now its great, hell, my even father revolutionized the grow with off hand advice about ventilation.

tell them you want to start a meth lab,, and when they say no then ask them if you can have a grow op,, the comparison will make weed seem like nothing,, they will have to say yes!

Dude like where do you live? If you can get a medical marijuana script for being like obsessive compulsive with growing in your parents houses, dude get it. Then grow in your closet, because like your like in the closet for being paranoid for growing, and shit. Then grab some charcoal filters for some squirrel fans and stuff for ventilation so that weed don't smell... I don't know, research what you can do to grow w/0 your parents knowing.

When i was living with my parents growing indoors was NOT an option(stealth or in plain view) just because i knew if i got caught i'd be thrown out and it would be a miserable thing to go through. Just go outdoors, yeah it takes longer but what choice do you have ?

indoors is not impossible for u buddy, i did it once when i was still in colledge, pretty much if it must be indoors go with the growbox method, i used an old guitar amp box, bought some bottle lamp kits, a small fan, and blammo u got a shitty ass growbox, but i would top or lst the plants, or go straight to 12/12 cuz my plant got too big for the box and well, chop chop. big fail.

I would say hind sight is 20/20 for most sensible people. At 18 alot of people don't really look at what there parents have done for them and are just coming out of that selfish teenage stage.(I'm not putting you down NORML, just speaking in general terms) We see now that better respect should be shown for our parents because we have been out on our own and know how tuff it can be and to possibly ruin our parents by growing in there house is a very disrespectful thing to do. When you are out on your own paying your "own" electric bill(otherwise your parents are footing a portion of your grow bill), and your actions effect you and you alone grow in your residence. It seems you get the point now that it has been said, but I do back those that say don't grow in your parents house. I think for some people it "can" be done, but never a good idea.
