high humidity any sugesitions besides a dehumidifer

humidity is around 80 cause of the time of year I plan on getting a dehumidfier but i have buds that were hanging and sitting in 78% humidity is to high for my comfort its been that way for a week mind you. I put them in a brown bag for now but any suggestions?

Go to dollar tree and buy the moisture absorber's lasts 60 day's and wow do they work when 60 days over almost full of water!!! I use 4-6 and no mold rh way down around 20%.....I also use in the drying cabinet I built to act like fine cedar for cigar's......works for me hope this helps my brother! jack 7-10 ounce pkgs calcium filled w/moisture lock top!Humidity controll 60 day's change.jpg

I don't think you should fk around. At 80% rh your are gonna have problems.
I have 4 dehumidifiers and have purchased them all used for $75-125 each. They all still work too. I didn't think it was that important until I got attacked by powdery mildew.
If your RH level is always high, 50% and higher, you should get a sulfur burner and treat the entire room every 10 days. They sell burners on ebay for $70 new.
If you spend 2-3 months on these things, it hurts to just throw them away. The mildew can be contained, but you can't get rid of it once it attacks a plant
