high quallity Bags seed+lighing question

What is I could get some bagseed from nice plants
i.e white widow ,lowrider, ak-47, and others
would the quality of the upcomeing plant suffer from its bag seediness.

Would 2 23 watt CFL's be enought for one plant alone.
In case i wanted to make lots of boxes

No. 80w minimum for a single plant with CFL's.

A seed is just a seed, it doesn't matter where it comes from, so long as the genetics are good.
