Trimming in high humidity should be done while fresh, helps with drying.
Brown bags will help....you can increase temps some to drop humidity...double bag and fold over.
Be sure to gently move the buds around every once in a while.
Good luck.

I usually have the opposite problem! Since our RH is low, I hang whole plants and dry trim. Hanging whole plants slows down the process. I would probably try the brown bag method or possibly wet trim and spread buds on a drying rack if I were you.

Small dehumidifiers are $50-70 on Kogan. I used one of their tiny 2.2L dehumidifiers last dry...it was around 70-80% due to QLD autumn in the closet (180x60) before I used it, and sat around 65% afterwards. Moving the air around helped and it dried okay.

They aren't enough to do a room as they state, but work well for tents and closets.

cold cureing should be nothing to be afraid of, it keeps the smell better and retains the flavoutr of the bud, it combines with cureing very well. my last lot of weed too three monthes to dry out fully and there was no detrmetal effects on the end product.
and its cold n damp over here in the uk
