Chris Dodd has been calling for the abolition of the Cuban embargo for years. That would result in our government recognizing, and supporting, a communist dictatorship in our hemisphere, only 90 miles off of our shore. It would be a boot up the ass of the Cubans who risked their very lives to get here from Castro's murderous Thugocrisy.
