Hold my hand and help me Design a Room!

Hey all well as most of you know im just in my last few weeks of my 1st grow! and i think its going pretty well. Now that I am having a kid it's time to give up the spare room and make myself a grow room(Box).. Thats where you come in.
I will have everything from the last grow ( https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/169667-hey-all-new-grower-looking.html ) as well as a 1000w mh/hps System, and poly film, and this time I will be using Feminized Seeds Barney's Farm Violator Kush It's an Indica with Genetics from Malana, and Hindu Kush. Known to have 22% THC content . The other will be Dutch Passion Brainstorm ( the womans choice) It's a F1 Hybrid. Genetics are Northern Lights #5 x Haze. Unknown THC content.

Take some measurements of the room. What type of medium are you growing in? What are you nutes and do you already have fans for ventilation? You need to add some details before we can help you

9 ft tall, 11 ft wide, and 14 ft long. I dont understand "type of medium" If you could clarify would be appreciated thanks. For my nutes i will be using Blood meal organic choice, and Perlite ( havent decided if regular or Miracle-Grow). For ventaliation I plan on using cpu fans, carbon filter, and hose like you see on most ventaliations on RIU. I do not yet know the temps in there cause i dont have it built yet but those concrete walls are always cold.

Computer fans will not move enough air. Perlite is not a nutrient it is a soil additive. You put it in your soil to aerate it and allow the roots to grow through easily. The medium is what your growing in which I am guessing is soil. Check out some inline fans, they will move the amount of air that you need.

Im using the washer and dryers to hide my grow room, I would also like to have 3 rooms for mother and clones, vegitative state, and flowering. more or less help with the diagram of the room.

Great room!, how close are your neighbors, what about friends, family coming over? Smell and noise would be primary concerns, then power. Are you handy? Is this going to be perpetual? How much money you got to spend? Break the room up into clone, veg, flower. https://www.rollitup.org/hydroponics-aeroponics/149998-heaths-flooded-tube-vertical.html, cuts it to 2 rooms clone/veg, and flower. Heath uses a 7 week finisher, takes cuttings @ 2 weeks of flower, and keeps rotating.

I have 1 neighbor and I have already talked to him and He is cool with it as long as it doesnt effect his kids in any way. As far as Friends they only know that I'm doing outdoor this is not something i want to get spreaded around my Area. My mom knows what i do and does not care as long as it does not fall back on her. Yes, I'm planning on this hopefully going to be a Once and forever always grow room. My funds Aren't all that great but I am coming up with money as I go. I am not handy when it comes to building structures no. and My apollogies the soil I am adding is From a bog where i live it has agricultural lime,peat moss, and worm castings

Came up with This; would like more feedback and ideas just a rough estimate and a rough draft figured i'd share it anyway.

Only thing I dont have wrote down yet is the roof and not going to do that until the walls are up; simple flat roof because its under a garge anyway.

I also have now 2 box fans 24 inchs. and a dayton 50cfm 3030rpm 115h blower.. was wondering if this will be suitible?
