Maybe a bit overfed , you think too much nitrogen would cause it to slow bud development

Can we see it, or can you link to a journal? That does seem a bit slow for flowering to start, but overwatering can cause a ton of issues.

Edit: It looks a little dark at the bottom, and a little curly at the top. Might be overfeeding?

Possibly . I tried not to overfeed and fed at 1/4 the guidelines bit since it's a small plant it's too much . Been feeding since week 5 . Will feed only pH water with b52 I think from here on and see if anything changes
