holes in leaves

So I checked on the girls the otherday,I had one flood survivor(blueberry)that I have been keeping seperate from my clones because I dont know the sex yet,so when I checked it it had some small holes in a few leaves and what looked like small black bugs a little bit bigger than a grain of sand,i'm thinking spider mites?.I picked em off and moved the plant to a different location I need to pick up some insecticide any suggestions,I was thinking neem oil or dish soap & water?any suggestions appreciated.
