Home Based Cannabis Farming – Get Paid 3.000$ For Growing Cannabis at Home

Things like this are going to be the future for the home grower in this industry.

First off this is not a jab at @hotrodharley. I'm glad they posted this as I was unaware. This is just my take on this cannabis growing program.

Sounds pretty shady to me and something I would never be a part of. But that's me. If you want someone else using a portion of your property and installing cameras then that's fine.

What does that mean? Are they going to pay the costs or are they going to just provide the easily obtained requirements, forms, pay to get the the grow area up to code, etc... to get that license? Sounds like you'll need to spend the thousands it takes to get that license and then they get to use it. On top of that, Oregon has stopped accepting applications.

How does that work in Oregon where there is a six year surplus already? There is no guarantee that they'll be able to sell the weed to anyone. They can say $1000 - $3000 a month but that's just speculation. Chances are that you end up giving them a place to grow weed and never receive a single dime and end up stuck with the cost of getting the commercial license.

So they are basically using a section of your property. They set it up, plant the plants, and manage everything and even install camera's on your property to monitor things. NO THANKS! Everyone is all against Big Brother taking over the industry and these guys want to setup camera's on your property. It's not your grow it's theirs. I'd like to see the fine print on the contract that you'll surely have to sign to become part of this. Anyway, it's definitely not for me.

eventually cannabis is going to be descheduled to schedule 2 or federally legalized all together, when that day comes there are going to be federal restrictions when it comes to cultivating this drug, anyone planning on doing this legally long-term and not just for the next few years are going to have a big brother overwatch to deal with eventually.

personally I agree with you though, I would never allow cameras in my home to watch a crop that I'm only going to make a portion of the money off of.

Make up to $3k a month for sitting in your rent free house while smoking, drinking or injecting the rest. Does anybody not know a person who would sign up for that?, I wane live where you live if so.

This has the potential to be a fun thread....

Basically you have to get a commercial growers license. They say they'll help you but you'll have to pay all the costs which will run into the thousands not counting the money you'll need to spend to get the location compliant.

They say they'll setup a node in your apartment, house, farm, etc... plant the clones and maintain the grow remotely and have cameras installed on your property to monitor the grow.

They say you'll make between $1000 and $3000. That's quite a range right there which means they don't have a clue how much you'll make if anything.

Run don't walk from this scam. These guys are just looking for low cost grow sites without having to go through all of the licensing requirements. They'll use your location, harvest the weed, and then you'll be sitting there waiting for a check that may never arrive.

Guys here will fund my grow and split the proceeds 50/50 to. But these guys might cut off my fingers if I fk up or of they take a dislike to me, which is likely..
Don't deal with these guys.

Growing cannabis is easy, growing consistent quality is another story.

The paranoia and anger is a bit funny though, power block governments can already invade all your shit at will. Satellites and cctv is everywhere, even on cars for insurance now. Smart phones were literally designed with back doors for tapping and hacking cam/mics along with gps location that is never really off. Lap tops, pc's all have the same vulnerabilitys unless you are really switched on (most of us are not). Why get all butt hurt at the idea of allowing a cam in your home under the control of somebody else when you already have 4+ such devices that can also be taken with you for a shit, or laying near by while you hump your salad allergic wife... prior to slagging off the neighbours for using your bin.

Your safety is that your life is so boring who actually gives a fuck what your are doing ^^.

It's not just the camera's it's the entire model of this program. They get a place to grow their weed with a promise of payment between $1000 and $3000. Promises are broken all the time. It would take thousands to get a location setup to pass the requirements of a commercial grow here in Oregon. Then there are the licensing fee's. The weed can't be transported out of the state. Dispensaries already have all the suppliers they need. And with consolidation many are in a supply chain already from seed to sale. Who are they going to sell the weed to? We have a six years supply of surplus of cannabis.

They might be on the up and up and have nothing but good intentions but it's a business plan destined for failure and the ones that will pay the price is the small grower thinking they'll make $3000 a month. They'll end up spending thousands of dollars and likely never recoup that money. With all the hustlers, carpet baggers, charlatans, etc... jumping into the cannabis industry looking to fleece people any way they can for their own enrichment it's prudent not to get involved in any fly by night get rich scheme.

Hey let us use your house to grow a tent...btw we will use your power...but don’t worry once we pick up the crop we will drop off a check...we promise. After all you have our 2 of our $150 1000w hps and a $150 grow tent.

Maybe the sarcastic tone was a miss. The type of person who sits in the house drinking, smoking or injecting all day probably isn't allocating brain cells to where they are needed.
