I follened the directions to making your own cool tube on these forums. THANKS RIU! and not only was it fun but it saved me some money.
They are pyrex bake-a-rounds with dual light holders. The bulbs are 2 70 watters and 2 150 watters for a total of 440 watts. one of each in each tube. you can see my homemade paint tray reflector that will go on it once mounted. It will be providing light to 19 lowryders and one bagseed from headies.
the ballasts will be remote mounted inside a small box that will have the air that is filtered with my homemade air scrubber, and gone through the two tubes, and then ejected into my room for heating! those ballasts get warm!
