House and Garden Nutrient Help

Tripped circuits

Hello, I am currently running a system that is having a few problems. First off I have had resi temp issues and have gotten this brown slime. Well the plants are doing ok, the new root growth is white but the slime seems to not be getting better nor worse. I pulled off all the roots that would come off easy. I also started to add some zone last week when I saw the problem spread. My question is does zone counteract Root Excelurator?

Also anyone having MG problems with H&G nutes. I have noticed rusting spots on a lot of leaves, I added 1 tsp of epsom salt to 10 gallons of resi water before my resi change tomorrow. I have foliar feed with magic green and it made the plant look worse. I have never liked the magic green. But anyways any one with some experience with these nutes please help.

Currently have two ladies in a 4 (5 gallon bucket) dwrc system. Og #18 and La confidential.

I just started using H&G nutes myself, got the starters kit including the magic green and root excel. The trick with the magic green (and many other nutes for that matter) - from what I've read - is to use far less than recommended on the bottle. I use about a quarter of recommended and my plants seem to enjoy it. Hard to tell though, probably would have looked fine without it too :) I read some horror stories of people killing their plants with it and others reviving them so it seems miles vary a lot (probably depends a lot on strain and other circumstances).

No mg problems though, at least not yet. Fairly confident the nutes are complete though. What's your ph values? ValueS (plural) cause if you keep the ph too strict at 5.8 you can lockout mg quickly, that's why I let it drift a bit, up to 6.2-ish before adding ph- again.

Main thing is running any product like zone ,SM90, H2O2 or the like is gonna kill anything alive in your res. Believe me the extra O molecule is destructive (Think Bombs) I believe roots excel would suffer with the addition of these products but it might be a sacrifice well made of youve got a major pyth prob. You can also look into Heisenburgs thread regarding the use of bennies. GL -S0uP

My ph tends to stay at 6.2 the whole week with no fluctuation. My resi gets checked daily for ppm and volume. I check ph every otherday because it stays put. Thanks for the info a out the zone. I figured it would kill the roots excel. Does anyone know about the algen extract. Is there any thing alive in it?
