Household ammonia as a gaseous instant fert

Anyone use liquid household ammonia as a fert? I've used it for years on a yard....Nice yard.....and know that it's a trick to get a dose of gaseous nitrogen for the foliage part of grass.......And if you do...at which point do believe seedlings are "tough" enough to handle it....and what dilution is reccommended....?

just buy some nutrients meant for herb
Guess I'll do my own testing to see how plants react huh.....
Anyway, surprised no one around here seems to know about this cheap source of instant juice for a grow.....mix it into a spray bottle with water and spray plants ....the ammonia changes to a gaseous form of nitrogen which is absorbed by the leaves directly...not through the root system...it always made my manicured, expensive lawn grass jump straight up !!!! I would think it would be of some use during veg for mj also.....It's so cheap ...bout a buck for a bottle.....I also used BEER and SOAP on my lawn....worked GREAT!
I'll post results after I've checked things out on my current seedlings.

Yeah he is right... Potash Mg exc... Plants need more than just that.
Well aware that mj needs more during various phases of its life....good gosh....wouldn't use a foliage spray by itself....
I always use the appropriate ferts for my plants but also give'em a little spray of 10% household ammonia as dessert for the foliage....it's instant foliage food as it turn to gas instantly ready to be absorbed ......you ganga heads ought to try it sometime...... :weed:

i actually picked up this info from a neighbor years ago....I used it on my zoysia, bluegrass, burmuda lawn with surprising results. Others would stop and ask just what I did to get my lawn to "look" like that. All my grass foliage benefited but the bluegrass would shoot straight up making my lawn appear to be velvet...very unique. Of course soap is great for grass as it softens the soil allowing nutrients to be released easier.....the beer was used in the spring and fall to diminish (ferment) the thatch that collects below the grass top which in turn allows water, rain , nutes to get to the roots easier without running off due to untreated thatch...
