How bad is missing a ripe nanner from a female plant that went hermaphrodite? I know that it'll put to seed the current grow. What I really want to know is what does it take to decontaminate the pollen in an indoor grow tent? Will there be pollen forever getting blown around like Anthrax spores? It hasn't happened yet but maybe I've read too many post about male flowers getting missed. I can just imagine little microscopic pollen hanging and nooks and crannies and then getting knocked loose by the fans and then losing a second crop to seed.

well, it depends, but in general the pollen will only be active for a fairly short period of time, so if you waited a couple weeks after it happened to flower more plants, they should be fine. I had it happen once, and a plant that was flowering was pollinated, but the other immature plants that were starting a stretch after putting to flowering cycle lighting were unaffected.
