How Can I Utilize My Culinary Degree To Get A Job Involving Cannabis?

Hello fellow RIU members, I have recently been looking into finding a job involving cannabis since it is my true passion in life and I enjoy learning everything I can about it. I currently run a seasonal beach cafe in Central NJ and I do enjoy cooking but would like to make use of my time in the winter by making money involving cooking with cannabis, budtending, or possibly taking some sort of horticulture and/or buisness classes.

Does anyone have an input as to which states would be the best or where I might find more detailed info. Have any of you other cooks/chefs been in any similar situations?

idk in northern michigan a new pot cafe just open ppl with cards can get bud along with thc infused drinks and edibles they can come and non smokers are welcome too so you could try somethibg like that if you already have a cafe
