Any other views. I think it's ready but I haven't got a really strong magnifying glass only x6. I'd buy one online but by the time that arrives I may be too late.

What kind of lights are you using for this grow operation? I've been using cool florescent lights but worried they aren't enough. Whatever you used worked good as hell tho.

Well I started by using about 120 watts worth of cool cfl for about a month before adding another 125 watts during the vegging stage. Once in flowering I used a mix of warm and cool cfls totalling around 280 watts.

Alright thanks for the tip. Also what brands of soil and nutrients have you used to get to this point? I've been growing mine just out of dirt but it seems like its taking a lot longer than if I had being nutrients. Any information you can give I greatly appreciate.

I'm no expert and there are a lot of people that'll probably give you better advice and methods as this is also my first grow. But what i've used so far is multi purpose miracle grow for nutes and a standard mix of perlite and soil from my local gardening store (no specific brand). Get stuff which hasn't been treated with grow nutes as you'll be adding your own. Once in flowering stage add molasses (black treacle) to the watering mix to sweeten and fatten up the buds. That's basically what I did. Whats your grow room like?

Thanks again. i can use all the help I can get. I have my first two plants ever and I think there moving right along in the budding stage. I'm not sure what I need to be doing tho. I posted some pics of my grow room set up and also a few pics of my plants. Give me some feedback please...

I have two 40w cool white florescent bulbs on the plants now. How many CFL's do you suggest I get? And what wattage? How many total lumens do you need for each plant? (I have around 7,500 now)Thanks for the suggestions!

thats amazing for MG my friend! anytime anyone talks shit about MG send em a pic of ur shit and tell em to shut the fuck up!! with the lights your using i cant believe you got that type of product. FLUSH HARD! i mean HARD! if you can, give your plants 24 hours of darkness before you harvest them. it will increase your trichs and ensure there is no chemical taste in your bud. another way to tell if they are ready is looking at the hair colors. when its about 50/50 orange to white/yellow your about ready. any more then 50% orange hairs and they are done! good luck! ++

Fuck the magnifying glass. Get them flushed and chop them down. They look great and they look done. Every time I've ever looked at a plant and thought, this plant looks ready i've confirmed it with a magnifying glass to be true, but you can definitely tell by looking at the buds when it's done. It's done. Congrats!

Are you sure they look done? There are white hairs everywhere but it doesn't seem like the bud is there? Will more time allow the bud to get bigger?
