Maine resident and medical marijuana patient. Maine is on the brink of enacting new legislation that will authorize caregivers and dispensaries.
Other states allow the sale of clones to patients and caregivers. Does anyone know if this is a specific part of the law in each state that allows this or is it simply the same as a caregiver selling a bag to a patient? Could I simply sell clones to patients?
The new law will open up an entire cottage industry, I am a caregiver currently but have enough quality strains that I would be interested in selling quality genetics to patients. Anyone involved in this aspect of the medical marijuana business.
