Basically you cut off a node/branch with 3 other branches or leaves on it - 3 branches down...
Sod it, heres a video -

You can just stick the ends into water instead and change the water every 4 days and it should work without the tent...keep spraying them daily though
Just checked and those videos cut out the main bit - basically you get a branch with a top on it, cut it off 3 branches down, remove the leaves, scrape the bottom then stick it into cloning gel or powder then stick it into water or rockwool or whatever and give the leaves a good old spray with bog-standard water
