How do I give or recieve Rep Points?

go to myrollit up, user options and change it back to blzn07, then in top right of ur name or others there is a weight thing that gives rep bro

never probably which is horrible becuz all of the other skins suck IMO.. so no rep givin for me till the skin is changed.. unless it is a GREAT post.
