It's in soil, ph is usually 6-6.5, I gave about 2.5ml of Cal mag and bloom per gallon which is half the recommended strength

this plant looks deficient to me... but it's actually not very big and sits in quite a big amount of soil. What kind of soil is this? Is it high in salt content? What kind of water do you use?

This girl is in mid flower and most of my fan leaves are rapidly yellowing I hit it with some phosphorus and Cal mag 3 days ago. How do l slow down the yellowing?
the yellow like that is nitrogen and that should be given more in veg...next time. And you could use some mag.

You can up the nitrogen a little but in flower you want to keep the nitrogen as low as possible fyi but you have a situation so up the nitrogen a little. Add some epsom salt ..mag.

Maybe up the nutes a little as well

As far as the nitrogen maybe top dress some ewc and that will give you some microbes as well//// this is in addition to a little bit of a boost of nitrogen from another source. My point being is to make sure you have a decent microbe population in the pot, and microbes bring the love.

Pick off all the yellow leave they are done, they are blocking air flow and attracting any bugs around and blocking light on any good leaf.

that plant isnt root bound

This seems to me as a roots issue, but not root bound. Do you follow your wet-dry cycle? With this light and size of the pot I would say you need at least a week maybe more to dry out properly. Unknown soil is always asking for aphids and these pots for root rot. Looks like they are short on N but I doubt it...
