How do I upload pics??

Everytime I click the insert image button, the only option it gives me is - please enter the url of your image. It doesn't give me an option to load it from my computer. My plants are looking extremely unhealthy and I need to load these pics to get some help!

go to the advanced option.. your clicking on the wrong icon.. you want the one that looks like a paper clip.. click on that one.. follow the directions from then.. you'll get it..
