How do you germinate seeds in soilless medium with RO water?

I'm going to try a grow in a soilless medium, using RO water.

Once my seedling are established I know how to feed them, but how can I get them through there first few weeks of life?


I don't want to feed them and kill them to early, but my medium has no nutrients, and neither does my water.

any ideas.

The seedlings do not get fertilized until they are at least 5-6" tall after they have been transplanted.

Put fertz in your medium..its really your only choice,bro.

Would it be ok to germinate in a mild soil, like happy frog or light warrior, then transplants into sunshine mix?
