Yes Medical device. I am a medical marijuana patient and caregiver. I and most of my patients use this device. (Medicinally.) That brother makes it a medical device. In Europe there are wards in the hospitals dedicated to vaping. The volcano is used in those wards. Yes medical device....
So your patients wouldn't get the same effects if they used one that wasn't a medical device? Or rather one that didn't pay to get that badge? Yes medical device.

Nahh my tolerance is fine it’s not too high not too low I just meant I want some weed from the 90s cause everyone I know who smoked back then has says the same thing as @Max Ehrmann
Because most of the people who smoked it back then were smoking good weed for the first time in their life and the remember it differently. It's tolerance mixed with nostalgia, some bragging, and first impressions etc.

I don't know the answer to your question. I mean I think if your using marijuana as medicine whatever device you use to intake said marijuana becomes a medical device. So I guess the answer is yes even the cheap knock offs are medical devices or a bowl and lighter become a medical device. Archaic medical device but used in the implementation of medication non the less.

The FDA considers a product to be a device, and subject to FDA regulation, if it meets the definition of a medical device per Section 201(h) of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Per Section 201(h) of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, a device is:
An instrument, apparatus, implement, machine, contrivance, implant, in vitro reagent, or other similar or related article, including a component part, or accessory which is:

  1. recognized in the official National Formulary, or the United States Pharmacopoeia, or any supplement to them,
  2. intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, in man or other animals, or
  3. intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals, and which does not achieve its primary intended purposes through chemical action within or on the body of man or other animals and
which does not achieve its primary intended purposes through chemical action within or on the body of man or other animals and which is not dependent upon being metabolized for the achievement of its primary intended purposes. The term "device" does not include software functions excluded pursuant to section 520(o).

I will reiterate...

intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, in man or other animal.

Further south even. I lived in the woods years ago. Used to hop the sound wall to get to the KFC on Monterey.
I used to work at the Safeway on story and White. Stomped that neighborhood for a few years.
Ended up at some crazy parties hanging with some bangers. I definitely didn't fit in but those homies loved me.

Depends on what and who I'm smoking with. I prefer single pull through bong hits, so I'll pack a small bowl (1/4 or 1/3 of a bowl) and cook the whole thing slowly till it's all ash and pull it through to clear the bowl.

If I'm smoking pipes or sharing in a group then side burn so you get as many hits of fresh bud as possible.
