How do you make the flower more purple?

Genetics and cold temperatures are what cause buds to become purple. Think of the purple as sort of a natural anti-freeze for plants.

If it is a purple pheno, u can bring out the purple by lowering temps in the room or by lowering temps of the feed water. I used to put ice in my res when i was growing GDP and it would help them turn purple. Dont like give your plants ice water, but u can use ice to lower then temps to like 50-60 degrees which may help.

also, just becausr it doesnt get purple now doesnt mean the buds wont show purple. if u are going to get a purple color it will happen late invflower and may not even be noticeable until trimmed or buds broken up a little. buds u see that are very purple are often being dyed or manipulated with addatives which is just dumb imo, one of my highest yields and potency from gdp showed almost no purp color.
