They look healthy! How far away is your light? And what are you using for equipment? And is that tin foil or mylar? Scrap the foil if so Other then that dude looks like a good setup. Make sure u get fresh air in that closet tho!

Get rid of that aluminum foil and paint the walls flat white

after how long do my babies get harder stems? i bought a fan cuz someone told me that helps out the stem?

Yup fans help strengthen stems. Just give it time they will get thicker and hardier over time
