How does she look or is she ready to harvest

Well this plant has been in the flowering stage for 8 weeks now..is she ready to harvest..hope someone can help me out...

the hairs dont really seem to be turning orange or redish yet.... how do the trichs look? probably a couple more weeks at least

No. There should be almost no white hairs. They should mostly go orange/red. Checking the trichomes will help too. Check the grow faq for alll the info on trichs.

Oh.. and fan leaves should turn yellow and fall off as it gets ready to be done.
