how easy is it to cause a hermie?

i have some feminized seeds and was just wondering how easy it is to turn them into hermies? i hear of how its related to "stress", but what stress are we talking here? like accidentally dropping a cfl light on it? or is it more minor than that?

what are some ways a female plant can go hermie?
 
Stress the fuck outa them...cut alot of leaves off...different light schedule all the time, move them around lots...transplanting too much...many things contribute to hermies.
 
haha alright. just wonderin cause i already tipped over a newly sprouted seed and had it fall out. some other shit has happened but we will wait and see during flowering i guess...
 
anybody know if two days without light while a seedling is a really bad thing with lots of hermies or is it a minor upset?
 
I had 2 days without light as sprouts and they were female .. i did take very good care of them after that though :D
 
you got to be kidding i just googled what is a hermie and theres tons about it. he/she
