How fast will mold grow on a flowering plant?

I'm having an ongoing battle with the RH in my tent. I honestly don't get it. I have a 50 pint dehumidifier in the room, which can't be more than 10'x10' or 12'x12'. The air outside feels fine. I have two fans in a 2x4x5 tent, one 12" osculating fan on the bottom, and a 6" clip fan up top.

During the day I've been using a big clip to keep the door 'open' so the I'm losing the least light possible. It stays perfect: high 40s to low-mid 50s. The problem is RH inside the tent spikes if I keep the door zippered. It's gotten pretty bad, like 80, but last night it went all the way up to 99% and I know mold will happen if I don't nip it in the bud..heh.

Clearly the fans aren't cutting it, does anyone have resources to DIY exhaust fan setups? How many hours/days does powdery mildew take to form? I've heard as many as two, but I feel like it would be quicker than that.

Any advice or tips are super appreciated, this has been an issue throughout the weeks of flower.

Side note: Clearly airy bud is preferable to moldy, so for now I'm keeping the clip up and the door unzipped. I'm able to put up curtains and block most of the light going into that room, I'm hoping that will compensate and prevent too much light leakage.

Trust me you do not want to deal with mold. It took 1-2 nights of around 80% rh and lower temps at night to spawn bud rot (Botrytis) mold in my room which lost me about half the plant and a cola on another. Do whatever u have to to lower that humidity. Any result is better than mold imo

4" inline fan.. a filter will help with the smell.. Filter/fan and exhaust out of one of your top ports.. leave the flap open on the bottom of the opposite side you exhaust out of..

Ive used tension rods and black out curtains when needing to block light fwiw.. good luck

Thanks for the tips guys. And yeah, I know that mold is literally a death sentence for plants so that's why I'm kinda freaking out haha

I have black out curtains on the windows in that room, and leather curtains on the doorways. The longest spike lasts probably 6 hrs or so, since the RH is always spot on when I go to bed. I'm always able to get it back down during the day, I just need to fix the issues at nighttime.

I think an exhaust fan might be exactly what I need. I don't really need to worry about smell since I live alone, I'm more concerned with humidity. I appreciate the luck, I'm gonna need it lol
