How inaccurate are genetics companies THC claims?

It would be hard to see how inaccurate those thc percentage claims are. Lots of variables come I to play. The website I've been into when I'm looking for seeds is seedman, and they usually have a thc range, eg: "name of the plant" has 17-21 % thc. We would have to conduct a study ourselves to determine whether or not it's an appropriate range or not.

And the first paragraph tells us that 10 labs did thc tests for 6 different cannabis strains and their results were different one from the other, so there might be quite an inaccuracy. Now this was made in 2011, maybe some more reliable methods have developed.

After reading the rest of the document, nah man, it's very hard to determine an accurate thc level. Don't worry too much about it xD.

Just a thought...
We've all bought seeds that don't reflect the packaging/description, look at blueberry for example its difficult to actually find a blueberry taste in a pack of blueberry, so, if the taste isn't necessarily passed on how can they possibly give figures of might, should or could be passed on in terms of cbd/thc?

Hell, buy a so called stable IBL like Northern Lights from a few different suppliers. Chances are you'll see plants that bear no resemblance to each other.

These days I believe seed sellers about as much as I believe politicians or TV preachers.

Not authentic at all. As an example Wedding Cake is a select cut of the Triangle Mints strain from Seedjunkies.
