its so hard to tell how much your gonna get.. depends on alot of factors and some plants expode with thickness the last two weeks... i go 48 hours lights off right before i harvest... i think for me it seems to densen up the buds with the most resin possible.. people argue its effectiveness but it works for me.. best way to tell is to go to radio shack and pick up a lil microscope they only cost like ten bucks or so and look at the trichs, the only real way to know when its ready, and the microscope needs to be a 20x or so view so you can get a good look at them, then from there its personal choice, some like harvesting when most are amber and others like to sooner
