I heard LED lights drags the flowering time longer, my question is how much longer?how many weeks do i add when flowering an 8 week strain?

I've never heard that. (You will hear a shit load of other things regarding LED's however...)
Go based on what you see, not what you read. Get yourself a HandHeld Microscope and determine when they are ready.
No one can tell you how long your setup will take; due to a plethora of reasons.
